STORING WORKFLOW DATA

PerformNoti automatically sends notification emails, including respondent’s answers & approval requests to the recipient after every new Google Forms submission.

In real-time, the submissions are collected on the PerformNoti website and are not originally part of the Google Form.

So when an approval workflow is set up, PerformNoti stores specific configuration data in Google Firebase.

This data is essential for the website to trigger email notifications and update the approval information in the Form responses spreadsheet whenever there is an approval action on the document flow.

ABOUT YOUR BANKING DATA

We are using PayPal to manage all your payments.

When you purchase a PerformNoti license using PayPal, it only provides us your customer email address (linked to your PayPal account).

We have no information on your postal address or your contact phone number. PayPal does not share your bank or credit/debit card information (not even the last four digits).

At the moment, PerformNoti does not automatically renew your plan.
